Answers to what we’re asked most, about bookings, private hire and visiting any of our six venues.
How many venues do you have, and do I book through this site?
Six: The Grand, Banana Wharf at Ocean Village and Port Hamble, Ennios, Grumpy Monkey and Rubys. Each one takes its own bookings through its own website, so the fastest route is straight to the venue you want.
We need a conference room and somewhere for the team to stay, not just a restaurant table. Where do we start?
Start with private hire rather than a table booking. The Grand has wifi, AV and a kitchen already installed for conferences and meetings, and Ennios has ten boutique rooms on Town Quay Road for anyone staying over.
Can one event use more than one of your venues?
Yes. A conference at The Grand, rooms at Ennios and breakfast on Banana Wharf’s terrace the next morning can all be arranged through a single enquiry.
Do your gift vouchers work at every venue?
Yes. Vouchers are available in £10, £25 and £50, or any combination, and are redeemable at any of the six venues for up to 12 months after purchase.
Which venues have rooms for overnight guests?
Ennios, on Town Quay Road, has ten boutique bedrooms above the restaurant. It’s currently the only one of the six with rooms to stay in.
Are dogs welcome?

Is there parking?
